I'm having the same issue occasionally. My game also freezes for short periods of time and come back. Other players that played with me reported the same, including at the same moment my game was freezing.

14 ms ping with game's server (Sao Paulo)
I'd like to add I'm playing the game in the lowest graphic quality.
