Unbanned But Doesn't Show Pred?

So I was banned 2 days before the split and was #156 pred with 54k rp. I was then unbanned after the split ended and it now shows i was 54k masters and not pred. I contacted EA chat for missing in game content, but they were no help. I know when imperialhal was banned that they were able to give him back his pred position. I worked really hard and grinded a lot of hours for it. Someone has to be able to help.
