Server issues

Hello all or whoever is reading this

This is a problem that I have been having for about a month now regarding ping issues, when playing on my account I have had problems with fluctuating ping. It happens during all hours of the day and when i switch to another steam account I have for an account that I made on play station I have no problems with my network which is the same network with about 30-40 ping same server. When I start apex and connect to Oregon 2 in the menu it tells me I have 15-21 ping with not that can be fluctuation seen, but when I get to the lobby it tells me I have 156 ping and fluctuating. I really would like to have this problem resolved I have spent a lot of money on this game and have a lot of fun playing it and I don't plan on stopping.
