server region misplaced

Hi there, I am an Apex Legends player based in Europe but I am currently facing a very strange issue because the game only shows me North American servers in the data center list. I play the game exclusively through Steam and I want to clarify that I am not using any kind of VPN or proxy service that could interfere with my connection. This problem is strictly limited to Apex Legends since all my other multiplayer games work perfectly and correctly identify my European location without any lag. I have already tried basic troubleshooting but I still cannot see any London or Frankfurt servers so I am looking for a solution to fix this regional detection error.
