server timeout
Every time I launch the game I get this error: Connection to server time out.

I'm running this game with stable internet, no dropping whatsoever.
I have no background apps, launched as administrator, and have done everything else.
I can play about 2 minutes of a game, before it freezes, and kicks me.
Has anyone else solved this for themselves?
I can't even go past menu I get connection timed out error and then retrying
