The community manager peeked the forum and hopefully once they realize its on the game side, they will start having the dev team looking into this frustrating issue. all we can do now is keep bumping the thread, give them any info, and hope that they take the problem seriously. Sadly it looks like its on PC, XBOX, and PS4, no matter the region or hardware.
- It's a new game. They need to fix issues presented by multiple ppl logging in. It's 2019, you people should be used to this by now XD
Same! I cant even get into the game without the error showing up. so now im just stuck on a loading screen saying nothing but "initializing". ive checked my internet and i even defragged my computer. i also uninstalled and reinstalled BOTH origin and apex legends. TO NO AVAIL!! please tell me you found a fix cause i really want to play this game.

Hey everyone - so I've been really trying to get this fixed, and I've been chatting with some EA representatives, and they've told me they're on it! So there is hope yet. What everyone should do now is detail their experiences as best they can and provide dxdiags etc to make it easier for the devs to get it right. Now, I have managed to reduce the frequency of these errors by launching both my origin and the game (opening the game shortcut as admin after origin already open as admin) with administrator privileges. This isn't perfect, but, while I do sometimes get the freezing that typically precedes the disconnect, I sometimes do remain connected. Although to any support staff reading this, the random freezing appears to correlate and may be as a result of the connection being lost(?) I have yet to really discern if it's purely a connectivity issue or if it's a performance issue that ends up resulting in connectivity problems / desync (maybe that's why it boots you out). Hopefully this gets resolved as fast as possible and I'll update you if I learn more.
