Servers are so bad!!!

I have done absolutely everything I can think of doing and out of all of the information i’ve found in the forums and elsewhere, still nothing has fixed it. I have ridiculous packet loss in Apex Legends on PC. it’s NONE of my gear. I don’t lag or rubber band in any other game. I’ve forwarded all ports in UDP and TCP that Apex uses. I have IPv6 enabled. All of my firmware is up to date, my drivers are up to date. I’m hardwired with a CAT6 ethernet cable. It started right as the System Override event. I don’t know if there is much more I can do because i’m tired of this. None of those troubleshooting guides will work either.

PC specs:

Intel 9th Gen i7-9700F (from the Prebuilt I over hauled with upgrades)

EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Super XC ultra

MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus mobo

16 gb of PNY Ram at 3200mhz

750 watt Corsair PSU

So I went and logged into my router itself and completely overhauled my network settings. went thought and added all the UDP and TCP ports for Apex and all the other games I play in the QoS section and prioritized their traffic in the network and then went into my PC and router and changed the DNS servers i use so that i’m not using my ISPs. sorta fixed it, more stable than it was but at this point it’s just the servers because EA and Apex servers are trash.
