settings wont save period
tried reinstalling oirigin made sure my cloud save crud wasnt on ect nothings working.... everything is reverting to what it was before i changed them when i close and re-open the game nothing saves....
Self Solved
Select the Start button, then select
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization. Select Folder Options, then select the View tab. Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select OK.once this is done or you have confirmed that you are able to see hidden folders and files navigate to your main drive
main drive usually named C Drive > Users > User (your User name you are logged into your computer with) > Saved Games > Respawn > Apex
once in the Apex folder delete everything inside, now next time you boot your game and change your settings it should save correctly if you have not enabled cloud storage if running from the origin client if you are on the Origin client go into the origin client and make sure that you do not have cloud saves enabled.
