Skin missing

Last year you had a deal with Amazon Prime that let you unlock a Pathfinder skin. I unlocked the skin and even played several matches with it.

However, I've been on a long break from the game and just picked it up again- only to see that the skin is completely gone!

How is that, and is there any way for me to recover it? Forgot the name of it, but I hope there's a way to recover it.
