Skins all gone when merging Xbox and PC
I merged my cross-platform accounts last night and all of my skins and unlocked characters have gone. I have limited skins from Twitch Prime and limited-time events on the game. I checked my other EA account as well in case I had it linked to that one and that didn't have any either. I used to play on XBOX but wanted my account on both platforms

I'm guessing that your Xbox was linked to another EA account before you linked it here? All game progress is saved at the EA account level, so when you unlinked your Xbox from its original account, the save data stayed behind.
There's a chance that you can get it back by relinking your Xbox to its original EA account, but there isn't a way to transfer that progress to a new EA account.
