I have this problem after the new patch
Its like an slow loading skins textures of all
I dont update drivers for GPU i have the last 23.4.3 AMD
GPU amd RX580
CPU Ryzen 5 4500
Ram 16gb dual channel

And i found something strange when i set to texture streaming LOW the game closes
