Slow turn speed on PC with Controller on Apex HELP!!!

So for some reason my turn speed on apex with a controller on pc is super slow. With the same sensitivity as console it takes double the amount of time to do a full rotation. The game is unplayable even on the highest sensitivity. I compared the speed between pc and ps4 right next to each other on the same FOV and settings and it was significantly slower on PC.

So far I have tried -

1. 1. Tried 4 different controllers- xbox elite - astro c40 - battle beaver- duashock 4 all with the same outcome.

   2. Every possible setting in steam to do with controller configuration

   3. Re -downloaded apex on both steam and Origin its the same on both.

   4. Reset all in game settings still the same
