I'd recommend moving this thread or posting a new thread in the General Discussions Subforum, that way more users will see your post.

Adding in a limit can hurt the competitive playerbase of this game.

If players are drawn by the competitive mode then this would hold them back.

Now of course, that wouldn't hold up to the fact that it would help out the game on a long term basis.

Though do note that adding in a minimum level can result in botted lobbies so those accounts can be leveled up.
