i have this issue, Apex is literally unplayable, i did all of your recommendations and nothing is working.
It worked perfect for half a game on the new update and then the graphics shifted to the absolute worst settings mid game without me even touching the settings. and then whenever i moved the mouse the game lagged heavily, i cant even look around the map and why the graphics look disgusting is beyond me because i have a newly puurchased $8000 computer and gaming monitor. this game is honestly loosing me day by day
Some games might have issues supporting a high polling rate of a mouse.
Try lowering the polling rate, this might resolve the issue.
