Apex crashing and not letting me rejoin game

I have a big lag spike then crash, I try to rejoin and it doesn’t let me I lose rp and end up getting a penalty, it only happens somtimes and it makes it more frustrating when I was 14 rp off diamond and now I have to regain the rp I lost
