I need to change my email address but I don’t have access to the email anymore,ai made this account ages ago to Smurf on apex (not that bad literally got it to level 16 the stopped out of boredom) but my main PlayStation account got banned like 2 years ago for an unjustified reason and I contacted them about this and they couldn’t unban me as my account was deleted,is there anyway I can change my email without having access to it at the live chat keeps just sending me to the “manage account” setting but I can’t do anything without the email to begin with (I have spent a lot of money on this account and would really really appreciate someone’s help)I added a picture below for proof of ownership
