I cannot log in even if I enter my email address and password on the ORIGIN login screen. "Sorry. We have encountered a technical problem. Please try again later." How can I log in? I tried resetti...

Ah, I see. Thanks for letting me know!

It sounds like this could actually be an account-related issue if it's only happening when you try logging in with your email address. When you have a chance I would recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. If there is an account issue they should be able to see it.

For more details on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

I tried to start with a clean boot, but couldn't log in.

I tried to log in by entering my email address, but I was able to log in when I entered my ID.

I’m going to play with this for the time being
