SServer issues resulting in ranked points deductions and bans

Recently, since the last few minor updates, ive been getting disconnected about 2 times each hour i play. Whats worse, is that sometimes i get points deducted even tho it isnt my fault. 5 minutes ago i got another ban from matchmaking and it still isnt my fault. I hope that this gets fixed soon.
