steam items dissapeared after i link multiple accounts.

hello! along time ago i linked my playstation account to my ea account, not knowing that cross progression came out i logged in, and all my playstation items linked to my ea account. However, i wanted to link my steam account, Since this steam account was what i was playing on beforehand, not my ea account. so i do that, and none of the items in the steam account saved, i didnt get any new popups or any new items, i just linked my steam account, then went in game to see if the items were there, but nope, there gone. Now i cant unlink my steam account because of the cooldown of 6 months, and im stuck with none of my 200 irl dollars worth of items in game. I was hoping if somehow someone could tell me how i can fix this and get my steam account items back?

    Steam accounts need to be linked to an EA account in order to play on that platform, so this would mean that your Steam account was already connected to an EA account.

    This means that you most likely linked your Steam account to a different EA account than the one it was originally linked to.

    Since game progress is stored on the EA account itself and not on the platform account (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch), this means that relinking will not bring over any of your progress.

    Your best bet would be to contact EA Support, as they might be able to help you out with this.

    Honestly, Ive tried contacting EA, and there contacting system isnt the best lol. ive made around 2 cases, none of which ever got a reply after 2 weeks, and there premade topic about loosing items dont really cover any topics of cross progression lost, im not able to get into contact with them any other way to my knowledge, if there was any maybe phone number for online support or some way i could guarantee a response in the case that would be great. I know its hard for ea support but ive generally never had a response from anyone in my cases, not even in any email.
