Steam Login Fail because EA 2FA is ON

EA 2FA bug/problem

today i tried to gift and it asked to complete 2FA setting to enable

After 2FA is ON, i cannot login into the game with steam account, it keep asking Steam Overlay to be enabled (it already enabled)

My solution is only disable (OFF) 2FA again, now i can login with Steam account
but now i cannot Gift skins or characters
