Steam not authorizing my apex coin purchase

I am having the issue of Steam not authorizing my purchase on apex coins. I have tried multiple times, opened two tickets on steam regarding this issue and nobody seems to care. I havent received any help whatsoever but the funny thing is that when I tried putting the funds into Steam, Steam worked perfectly. Once they had my money it just doesnt work, I cant spend my money on the things that I want.

im haveing the same kinda issue. i put money into my steam wallet for the new event and wwhen it droped it allowed me to get 60$ worth but after that it wouldnt let me purchase anymore coins from the shop from my wallet.

@ParakeetGreen This is also for the new update that I am having issues with. Its the upheaval update. I am able to put money into my steam account but it is not authorizing the purchase.

Same issue, funny thing is it only works if you try to purchase 500 coins, anything above will not go through.
