Steam purchase - Apex coins missing - Unable to contact EA Support
Hello,
I have recently purchased 10 Euros worth of Apex Coins and it was not found in game after authorising the transaction.
In Steam Wallet it says that transaction was successful on their end and I need to refer to Apex Legends for further support. Refund policy states that this is not refundable.
I tried to contact Apex Legends support and it took me a lot of time to find actual "Contact Us" button, but finally I did after reading 10 articles (even the one on the topic about specifically Steam Purchase missing content, did not have "Contact Us" button.
Once I submitted the case with all proof of purchase as per requirements, case was immediately placed in "Waiting on Player" status stating I need to "Resume Case" and that the case will automatically close if not resumed.
Once I click on "Resume Case", I get suggested few other articles and my case status does not change from "Waiting on Player" and still asks to "Resume Case" no matter what actions I take.
Since I already invested several hours into researching this without any progress and no response I am ready to ask for a Refund, which again I fail to find proper spot to fill it in.
I am really lost, how can they make it contacting them so difficult that I am on the edge of just filling a charge-back with my bank, however I am hesitant because it is Steam who is the middle man here and I do not want to charge back Steam.
Can I please have attention to this feedback and get to resolution ASAP please.
