Stuck at "1 Players in Queue"

I've been stuck at matchmaking, sitting at "1 Players in Queue" for a few weeks now on the ap-southeast-2 server. I've contacted EA live chat and have run multiple tests for them and some tests on my own such as changing the DNS server, changing game modes, restarting router/modem, and creating a new user profile. And as requested by the EA tech team, have made this post.

I've also contacted my ISP, and they've said they don't see any issue on their end. I have a feeling that it's on EA's end, whether that be shadow banned mistakenly or something blocking my IP.

I've seen other posts but they don't provide solutions or the proposed "solution" doesn't work.

Could you please look into a fix? I'm on PC running the game through Steam (have also tried the EA app)
