  • Try this:

    Flush DNS:

    Windows 10

    1. Hold down the Windows Key and press X.
    2. Click Command Prompt (Admin).
    3. When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
    4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
    5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
    6. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
    7. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
    8. Reboot your computer.

    Clear temp files:

Navigate to where your drives and dvd drives are, then right click the C drive and open properties.

Click disk cleanup and follow thw prompts

  • Same issue.

I deleted all files - appdata, programdata, and tried again.

    I re-installed origin

    Re-installed origin to different drive

Tried installing game to different drive

Nothing in the support documents work. Always reaches 40%, preparing game, and gets stuck.

Sitting in chat queue now to see if they can help.

  • Eu também, não sai dos 40% ja tentei de  tudo, muito ruin mesmo a instalação desse jogo, muito bugado :/ 😞

  • Probably Easiest way that i find fixes most download issues with games.

Just go into your program files (x86) which is the default pathway Origin downloads to, find the "Origin Games" folder, not just "Origin" Go in, and remove the entire apex folder. That should fix your issue

  • It's not a problem/error. The game is playable after 40% of the download is completed. Its just loading (Maybe installing or unpacking) the downloaded content to make the game playable. This will take some time (for me it took about 10 minutes). Just wait and the download will start automatically after some time.

  •  I just forgot to check the box for the latest version of Origin. After I made sure it was "Beta," everything worked.
