Stuck in "Complete orientation matches"

2 issues - looking for a fix.

I haven't played Apex in about a month or so, maybe a bit longer. I updated today and load up, see cross progression is out. So I try to link my xbox account and upon trying to sign into my xbox EA ID, and trying to unlink it I received and a message along the lines of "Due to blah blah your account has been blocked/restricted from playing"

Now, I haven't touched my Xbox account in roughly.. 2-3 years. Just PC.

Now as for my PC related issue, I load the game up and go to do the "Orientation Match" this new season is making us do and once I've readied up, it waits maybe 5-10 seconds and just force unreadies me. Is my account banned..? Confused as to whats going on, I've never had any infractions on any account I've played Apex on.

Apex just shot me into orientation matches, and won't let me load in.

Also locked into orientation mode despite being 249+.  Trying to repair the game from the EA app.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? We can’t play the game. We both have our accounts and see stuff normal but when one of us joins the other they are level 1 and it won’t let us load into anything besides firing range. It says we have an orientation match and when you try to ready up it un-ready you.
What should be happening instead? We should be able to play the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure

Im level 172 and i just got a message saying that i have to complete orientation matches again??? I've kept all my skins and my level but i have to do orientation matches, and when i try to load into one, it wont let me join no matter how long i wait. Closing out does not help either.

Im prestige level 284 and its put me in orientation matches which i can't even join, i was playing ranked before this and went for a smoke came back to disconnect for inactivity and now i cant play anymore??? Fix your game wtf is this, like its not fit for purpose if its gonna glitch like this.. ridiculous.

Yeah, I have the exact same problem. It says I need to do an orientation match (even though I am level 84), and then I try to do one and it keeps kicking me out of the matchmaking process. Please help.

My apex is stuck like this too. I have tried it in my Xbox and my ps4 and it’s the same. I was only in rookie II but I shouldn’t be in any orientation matches.
