    Hi @Xcursed_kittyX

    What are you seeing when you're trying to matchmake? Does it just sit in the queue forever, or does it give you any sort of messages at all?

    Also, have you tried changing to a different datacenter to see if that makes a difference at all?

    @EA_Kent hey, I have the same issue with apex. Ive reinstalled, changed datacenters, but I literally can't play the game. It is on matchmaking for half an hour, or it shows that theres 6 players in the lobby. I literally CANNOT play the game. Help?

    @CR1Mx

    I appreciate the details!

    Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get the matchmaking issues sorted here. First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still running into any matchmaking issues afterward.

    Thanks!

  • @EA_Kent I think most of the issues are in the PC Version of the game. I have tried these steps with multiple PC's and still see the same issue with the Match Making Lag.

    @EA_Kent Hey, none of these worked. Sometimes I get into games on trios or something but I never load into ranked or armed and dangerous, it'll stay on matchmaking for a couple minutes and then change to like 6 people in queue where I wait indefinitely.

    @CR1Mx

    I appreciate you giving it a shot.

    What happens if you try using a different DNS in Windows? That can also help with issues like this in some cases.

    You can update the Windows DNS through the TCP/IP settings. You can find more details on how to access those over at the Microsoft Support website. If you select the Manual option you can then enter a specific DNS of your own choosing. I usually use 8.8.8.8 as the primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different open DNS you would prefer using instead that's OK as well.

    Let me know if you're still having any of the same issues afterward. Thanks!

    @CR1Mx

    Thanks for trying it out!

    When you have the time could you try running a UO Trace and send me the results in a direct message? That will give us a look at the connection between your PC and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we should be able to spot it.

    For more details on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Feel free to send me the results in a direct message once you have them. Thanks again!

    Hey @CR1Mx

    Apologies for the late reply on this.

    I got the UO trace you sent. The results look pretty good. There doesn't appear to be any measurable packet loss. The average ping stays pretty low throughout the test as well. Out of curiosity, would it be possible to test this with a different account on the same PC? Do you run into the same issue on multiple accounts, or is it only happening with this one?

    Right, no worries. So I tried that, but it was the exact same. I don't think it has to do with the account.
