stuck in "party member preprocessing", only can play one game, need to restart

im stuck at "party member preprocessing" when im solo queing and if i play with my mates i have to leave the party and get invited again, bc its also stuck at this state.

this is since season 14 and was not fixed after new season release. im able to play one game and then i need to restart the game or leave the party and get invited again as mentioned
