@Platinum_Relloj Have you reached our Support team at all to see if there is anything flagged on your main account that could be causing this? Did you ever link up with Steam or remember any changes you did in the last 2 months just prior to this happening?
There are different departments at a studio. There are teams that create and deliver fresh content and teams that work on bugs. The great thing about these forums is that we can track the amount of people letting us know they're being impacted so we can help flag it down the QA team, so thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like this thread died off towards the end of 2019 and a small amount of players reported it back in 2020, so what we want to do first is see if we can help resolve this for you on an account level or through basic troubleshooting.
