Stuck on loading screen
so my friend's apex legends is stuck on loading screen. everytime he opens up his game its just stuck on intro loading screen. how do we fix it so we can play

Have the same problem. Tried re-installing game, clearing EA app cache, restarting pc, restarting game and nothing helped
