Stuck on Matchmaking PC-Steam

Product: Apex Legends
Platform: PC - Steam

AMD or Nvidia Model Number. GTX 1060 6GB

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? RealS2K

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was in the lobby where I can select the game modes
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was in the lobby waiting to go into the match but it is stuck on Matchmaking, Also when connecting to the data centre it showed no servers found, then puts me into the main lobby screen, whereupon when i que it is stuck on Matchmaking

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens I am just waiting in the lobby to play a game but I can’t
What should be happening instead? I should be loading into a game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know but just login try to search for a match and you will see the matchmaking on the bottom left of your screen under matchmaking it says how many Are in the queue and if it doesn’t put you in the game that’s when you know

    Why don't you shut down the whole server for 2 or 3 hours then do a maintenance and let people download the patch and when things are ready open up servers? every other companies are doing this and it works well for them.

    For how long we have to tolerate the technical issues. Season 8 was a disaster already with Technical issues already.

    @EA_Barry Hi mate, cheers for getting back to me. i managed to log in and get a few games in. My dilemma is ive just switched to PC the same day the update dropped, so on May 4th i was on PS4 season 8 and had no login issues, no matchmaking issues, and no performance issues. Since swapping to PC, I had the initial problem of stuck on matchmaking, which i posted this thread about. NOW when i login, it cycles through 'Retrieving Matchmaking List' & 'No Servers Found' over and over, until it says i am unable to connect to EA servers. so i swap data centres, and it repeats the same cycle of "Retrieving matchmaking list & No servers found' it then flashes to 'Awaiting Connection Attempt' and on the second or 3rd attempt, it will then login. After all this however it then takes extensive time to que for a lobby, but it will eventually connect me to one. i think the timing of me swapping to PC and the update season 9 dropping the same day is making me confused on whether its a server issue from your end, or if its from my end, having all my drivers updated, windows updated etc, which i have done. last night after experiencing all these issues i accidentally uninstalled my drivers for my network adapter trying to reset my network settings and am now getting no IPV6 connectivity, only IPV4. could this be a reason im still experiencing these problems today? I still have full internet connectivity, just no IPV6. not sure if that means anything
