Stuck on Matchmaking status

Sorry to hear you’re running into that.

If you and your friend can both queue solo but get stuck on matchmaking only when grouping up, that does sound more like a party or session issue than a general connection problem.

A few things may be worth trying first:

• Have both players fully restart the game
• Disband the party and recreate it
• Switch party host and test again
• Try one more grouped queue after both players have each completed a solo match first
