It's worth a try tho since the OP got it fixed
cpu usage 100% happening since season 9 genesis update and still not fixed what a great support by devs.
How is possible that after 2 months they can't find what causes it, it is clear that it started with Genesis update, just diff the versions of source code and analyse it. Game becomes unplayable every time there is a new map and lobby consumes all the CPU.
