Stuttering

I'm keep having this stuttering problem when 2 or more people die (in a radius not too far from me) and their deathboxes pops out. I tried checking the integrity of the game, manually changing values in the "VideoConfig.txt", changing some settings in my pc, deleting chace etc... but nothing helped.
I've read about a bug about the Ryzen X3D CPUs, but i have a 9700x, so it's not something about that bug. The attachment is an example of what I'm talking about.
