Stutters after last update on high end pc

If been having stutters issues since the last update of apex. specs: RTX 4080, 32 gig of ram (6800mhz), CPU i7 14000kf  if done the following already: repair,reinstall checked temps of GPU CPU chec...

Have you tried deleting the DXCache?
I always delete it after every update.

Delete...

1. This file
C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\psoCache.pso

2. This folder
C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\assets

3. This folder
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\D3DSCache

4. All contents of this folder
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

And make sure to disable Nvidia Reflex in Apex settings.
