Subject: [Urgent] Cross-Progression Failure - Lost Level 500 & Rare Items

Description:

I am reporting a synchronization failure during the Cross-Progression merge from PS4 to PC. Despite both accounts being linked to the same EA ID, my PC account is now Level 1 with no stats, skins, or currency. My Level 500 PS4 data was not recognized as the Master Account.

Missing Rare Items:

• Gibraltar’s Heirloom (War Club)
• Season 2 & 3 Predator Dive Trails (Permanent)
• All Battle Pass rewards and account statistics.

Previous Restoration History:

Please note that I have had a similar issue in the past where my Wraith’s Kunai disappeared, and EA Support successfully investigated and manually restored it to my account.

I request a similar investigation into this synchronization error to restore my original PS4 progress and high-value items to my PC/Steam account. Thank you for your support.
