support tickets

Hey there. Dunno if there is anyone out there in the ban wave that survived. I have been trying to submit a ticket to get this mess resolved. But anytime  i support a ticket it gives me the screen where it says it has been submitted and they are going to send me an email for easy access to the case. First off no emails are ever sent. Second when i back out of the ticket ill see "updated by ea" on the ticket. When i check it it just makes me re-do the entire ticket. I have scoured the internet looking for anything helpful on this.
