Banned On Apex For "Gameplay Enhancement" eventough i never Cheated.

I am looking for advice or clarification regarding a permanent Apex Legends ban for "Gameplay Enhancement" that I believe may be related to account compromise.

On June 2, I attempted to log into Apex Legends after not playing for a while and discovered that my account had been permanently banned. According to the ban information, the ban was issued on May 20. And the strange part is i had not played apex since may 14th which i was sure of. 

So after requesting my EA account data and Apex Legends data, I found that my last legitimate Apex Legends session was on May 14. The anti-cheat session data also shows my last gameplay activity ending on May 14, several days before the ban was issued.

When reviewing my EA login history, I found multiple successful logins from IP addresses that do not match my normal login history occurring after my last Apex session and before the ban date. One of these logins even appeared to originate from a different country. At the time, I did not have two-factor authentication enabled, which would have made unauthorized access easier.

I also noticed something else in my EA account data. Under Player Information, my account status is listed as ACTIVE, but the Status_Reason field contains "BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER". I do not know exactly what this internal label means, but the wording seems significant given the unusual login activity found in the account data.

Since discovering the issue, I have changed my credentials and enabled two-factor authentication. I have not observed any suspicious logins since.

I have submitted numerous appeals through the normal process and every appeal has received the same response stating that the penalty was reviewed and correctly applied. What I am struggling to understand is whether the evidence of possible account compromise was actually considered during those reviews.

I am simply trying to understand whether the timeline and account data I found could indicate that my account was accessed by someone else before the ban was issued, and whether said person used some sort of "gameplay enhancement" to get my account banned. I have played Apex Since launch and i have spent too much money on this game to risk my account being banned. 

Has anyone experienced something similar, or can an EA representative clarify what "BANNED_ACCOUNT_TAKEOVER" means in an EA data export?
