So my account got hacked and someone who hacked it got it banned. I havent use this account since 2025 and recently I wanted to play Apex again. but when I tried to login, I cant. Long story short I got my account back with the help of EA Help. but they told me that my account got banned so I submit an appeal regarding the banned and got DENIED twice. I didnt even use my account or play apex when it got banned. what should I do? I've already told them that It wasnt me.

With the account action, I'm afraid you'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums.
If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to gather any evidence you can on not having access to the account during the ban's implementation time frame and appeal again. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
