Suspension or BAN entire account EA - pff for EA it's not a case at all. Any+?

You will get banned FOREVER from the EA team for bad words in a chat even if that is 1 word and another player provoked you to do something like that in voice chat.
They do not care if you buy some games. They don't even care reasonable or not. They just see that you type 1 word and they will not review the case. They just say they did, Anyway. In my point of view - I'm done playing EA games. Do not recommend playing some. They will just block you from the entire account so the things that you did pay they will not reimburse. 
No matter how hard you try to check with them the reason for such a ban and why violations not working for people who use bad words in voice chat. 
I did question their decision and why they did that. They repeated they did review the case !with one word on it! (3rd time) and just replied we will not reply to you anymore.

A community that does not care about toxic players. 0/10 support. 0/10 of any problems solving. 

I think as well the one who banning - is the one who did provoke to write a word. And after that using his "power" to ban you cause someone is not good to get a reply with questions like "..you do have kids or girl/wife, just want to be toxic in games?"
Cause I can't even talk to a person who was working with that ban. 

Your support team is doing badly. My opinion. And it's not fair regarding your RULES or User agreement. 

Want to chat a little with the one who did ban my account and understand a real reason of such action.

    We cannot assist you here on AHQ regarding account sanction like bans. 

    If you have disputed your case multiple times and the ban was not removed and a final decision was issued then there is nothing that can be done about it.

    Well, when my case is not even for read. Why do EA give players the possibility to write something? I felt that the messages I've sent to a support team - weren't even looked through. I did ask a question that wasn't replied at all. Why? 

  • So you just get automatic replies to your Concerns or questions due to "Investigation process" but that just illusion they want you to believe.

    Your cases are reviewed by a person. They my however chose to use scripted responses to save time.

    As for the rest, whether or not you think the user agreement is fair it was something you agreed to. By breaking that agreement you landed your account in trouble. 

    Just because someone treated you badly in game and you let them provoke you does not make what you did or said right.

    Two wrongs do not make a thing right. 

    We all make choices and decisions and have to live with the consequences. 

    Just to reiterate no one here on AHQ can assist you with an account issue like a ban.

    @Asmodeus566 It's not fair and you're talking about different things. I was polite to that person and 1 word caused a ban of the whole account? User agreement is not fair if that allows some one to block you from entire account with all games just cause 1 word. I didn't use anything in other games I did play calm. But it's not even to consider. It was just banned and reason is "breaking rules of User Agreement". I did not made anything that should be reacted by support like that. And If there was something - they did not provide me anything. I did ask - they don't answer. That is rude and toxic. And when I did use that word and after did talk to him in a voice about a problem and I did made a community better with that. But you EA just blocked me without any "reviewes by a person" - Person would be reply to a question that was stand in Dispute!. I didn't ask for unban me please. I did ask for a reason so I would not do that later if I will use that platform at all in future.

    I'm not upset. I am really concern about my legal rights as a person. They don't provide me the reason of ban. Just texted from script "It is vailotion for our customer service or what ever". They didn't provide me the whole reason of ban. 
    They just did said it was in our User Agreement as hateful Conduct.

    What is Hateful Conduct? Their explanation.
    What is the exact part of that Agreement that was violated? 

    Nothing of that wasn't replied to me> SO that is BAN FOR NO REASON. 



  • I feel you bro...Got banned for 7 just today for something very similar (guy talked smack,after keeping ti friendly I said a no-no word,that dude reported me with a screen out of context (I got it all recorded on video btw)and they just banned me immediately

    That guy - 40 ingame hours - almost only helicopter griefing

    Me - 2300 hours (!) - there since day 1 - Literally started with BF 1942

    Yet,they treat veterans who are playing the game prly longer than they are even old like this - and then wonder why people startt to rage when theres these automated,almost AI responses that help nobody.

    As REAL Com Managers,it would be their duty to get in touch with the TOS Team about specific users and/or issues and FIX them

    Yet,what about all the Accounts harassing someone like AshBF??!

    They treat us like Children here..

    It is a SHOOTER!

    And they are concerned about WORDS and their fever-dream cult-mantra of Inclusivity for all - while excluding more and more people every day by THEIR behavior (!)

    Course,they'd NEVER get over their egos & admit that

    The Dissonance is real...

    To be perfectly clear here, a permanent ban will be the result of all actions taken on your account, not just one single word that was said.

    We do not allow slurs or insults, especially with regards to someone's nationality or mental capacity for example. It's simply not acceptable. 

    Generally speaking, a permanent ban would come after a prior warning or suspension failed to result in a change in behavior.

    While it's certainly appreciated that you've been playing our games for a while, that does not allow additional leeway when it comes to harassment.

    You would be held to the same User Agreement and Rules of Conduct, regardless of when you started playing. Discriminatory and rude remarks are not acceptable.


    Our Terms of Service team is here in these cases to review your appeals and make sure that what was reported is actually a violation of the rules above. They are not here to see whether it was a "justified" use of a slur or insult - no such thing. 

    If someone else is harassing you, report them and place them on ignore. Resorting to insults of your own will only result in account actions being taken.

    Closing the thread here as it's been correctly stated that we cannot make any changes to address these actions on the forums.
