Suspension timer not updating

Does anyone know why my suspension days aren't going down? The other day I was suspended from origin and it said i was suspended for 7 days. I understood and decided to wait it out but now wit been a...

Hey @GoddessCalypso,

If you were seeing notice of a 7 day suspension initially, that should automatically be removed once the full amount of time has passed.

I would not be concerned that the timer isn't changing daily, however if you're still seeing the ban after 7 days please reach out here so our team can take a look.

what if I don’t have a specific date that says it is to be unlocked and the timer is not updating from 7 days to 4 days left? Should I wait it out? I just want to make sure I am unbanned at the proper time so I am able to buy items in the store before they disappear.
