Switch EAアカウント 保護者の認証ができない
SwitchでAPEXにはいると保護者がアカウント認証を行う必要があると表示→認証開始→保護者のメールアドレスを入れてくださいと出るが、入力どころか何もできない状態になります。解決策を教えてください。
