Hey @Mahdotonkeiju,

I would highly recommend removing or deleting that post as quickly as possible. Please keep your account details secure and private, and do not post them in a public location.

As far as the ban itself, I'm afraid we cannot review or change any account actions here on the forums.

If you're having trouble opening a case, please be sure you're following these steps to appeal with our Terms of Service team rather than opening a normal case. The ToS team will be able to review the ban and will reach back out via email, thank you.

What does this email sent to me mean? I have already uploaded my evidence. I don’t know how to contact this consultant, nor can I communicate with him online. I also posted my information on Twitter. You can see the attachment I uploaded. I really hope that the problem can be solved, but although I have received your reply, this case is now in a state of waiting for players. I don’t know what I should do now. Please ask the community administrator to help me feedback this situation. It is also very important.
