Switching from Ps4 to Pc

My buddy who is on pc decided he wanted to try playing apex on his ps4 for old times sake. He played a few games, realized he wasn't used to the controls and was throwing essentially, and decided to get off and hop back on pc.

The only issue is, his pc is now saying the account is being used somewhere else even though he turned off the ps4 and restarted his pc. Does anyone have a fix for this? It doesn't say banned, it says "Apex profile logged into a other device". Help please
