Syringe and shield cell binds not working since update

Since the update today, syringe and shield binds are not working. I have to go to inventory or bring up the health wheel in order to heal. Even changed the bind to a different key and it still doesn...

Alright. Well just for reference, I tried repairing the game, as well as a full uninstall/reinstall. Still doesn't work.

i can see that havoc and devotion got fixed, but keybinds still messed up? hows that possible? event is on and i cant enjoy it or play it because of the keybinds. can you please fix it ?
