Technical Issues on Nintendo Switch
Had played one game last night, everything was fine until it had freezes up and unable to return back to the lobby now the Apex Legends software is unplayable on my Nintendo Switch so I had shutdown and restart my switch console even I had uninstalled and reinstalled the Apex Legends software but that didn’t work either.
Hey @blazinkiana Respawn is aware of a few different issues currently with Apex. I would recommend following along on their twitter for issues to be resolved. After if your having issues with the game freezing try the following:
Clear Cache:
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
- Open the System Settings from the Home menu
- Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
- Choose Check for Corrupt Data
- Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data
- Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
