Technical problem with cross-platform game

Good afternoon

I encountered a problem through EA app. I stopped seeing friends inside the game that play through Steam platform. Tried to unlink my Steam account from EA (through the game menu, not on the EA website). Faced a new problem, can't link back to my Steam account in the game itself. On the site still hangs my account linkage, without additional confirmation can not unlink. But in the game, writes steam unlink .  I have two questions:

How to solve the problem with the visibility of my friends on other platforms
How do I link back my EA account with Steam
P.S. All friends in steam and ea are present, shows that they are offline
