The account data is erased

Hello, my game account has been reset since April, and there is nothing left in my account. My heirloom is gone. I was very sad at the time, and this game stayed with me throughout my college years. Now I want to come back and continue my apex journey but I don't know how to recover my game data, can anyone help me, thanks
