MA01fdXwLv3 Were you able to get back into the game after relogging and/or clearing the cache?
Thank you very much for your concern. I still cannot log in normally after clearing the cache. At the same time, EA staff replied to me and told me that my account has not been banned, but I still cannot play the game normally. Now I have contacted EA staff by email, and I hope they can find a solution.

urdxth Are you seeing a ban screen or "one player in queue" when trying to get into a match?
If its a ban screen:
> EA Help | Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensionsIf its the "one player in queue", that's something that needs to be forwarded to EA Support to have fixed.
