urdxth Are you seeing a ban screen or "one player in queue" when trying to get into a match?

If its a ban screen:

> EA Help | Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

If its the "one player in queue", that's something that needs to be forwarded to EA Support to have fixed.
