The account is unblocked but Ea help still shows Active
I logged in to my account on August 22 and found that the ban disappeared and I could play Apex legends normally. But I thought I would get the ban lift in the mail soon. It has been 10 days now. I found that my Ea official website still showed that it was banned. I chatted with customer service and they said that my account was still banned, but 3 appeals had reached the limit. I don't know what I should do, I can only contact Ahq and hope someone can help me. I can now play all modes normally, but I can't find the staff. My account seems to have lost the suspension time and ban, but I still can't appeal. I don't understand how can I continue to appeal, I think ahq someone can help me😢
